1. Deposits
In some cases, we may require a deposit before starting work or to secure a booking. This will be agreed with you in writing at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
If you cancel your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice before the agreed appointment time, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover costs or time lost.
3. Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any deposit paid in full.
4. Unsatisfactory Work
If you are not satisfied with the work carried out, please inform us immediately. We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, put things right at no extra cost. Refunds for completed work will only be considered where the work cannot reasonably be corrected.
5. How Refunds Are Made
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We aim to issue refunds within 30 working days of confirming that a refund is due.
