1. Booking an Appointment
Appointments may be requested through our website, by email, by phone, or through our live chat. A booking request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it in writing by email, text message, or other agreed method.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Any prices provided through our website or over the phone are indicative only. Final costs will depend on the inspection of the work required and any additional materials or labour necessary to complete the job safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
3. Deposits and Payments
For certain types of work, we may require a deposit before work begins. Full payment terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking or quotation. Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure clear and safe access to the property at the arranged time. If for any reason you cannot keep the agreed appointment, please notify us as soon as possible using the contact details below.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Where appropriate, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover any wasted time or costs incurred as a result of missed appointments or late cancellations.
6. Emergency Call-outs
Where we accept an emergency booking, separate rates and call-out charges may apply. These will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.
7. Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to confirmed bookings if unforeseen circumstances arise. We will notify you as soon as possible should this be necessary.
